Adding A New User to Google Analytics

There are times when we will need access to your Google Analytics Account. To be able to create new views and filters we need more than view access. Fortunately, this is simple.

  1. Log in to your Google Analytics account
  2. Click on the Admin tab near the top of the page and then click on User Management. If your account has multiple businesses under it, you may want to use the User Management link under the Property column rather than the Account column.

  3. In the User Manager Add Permissions for steve.gerencser@gmail.com. Make sure that you set the Access Level to Edit, Collaborate, Read & Analyze. We do not need the Manage Users option. Check Notify this user by email and click Add.
